About Jay

Jay Krishnan has been a part of HLB HAMT for almost two decades. A person who initially joined HAMT as an auditor, soon got promoted to senior auditor and then to partner. It is his hard work and determination that has helped him scale heights in a short span.

Jay Krishnan has shown his excellence in the field of auditing, by working for various industry segments. He was involved in developing and net working at Northern Emirates of UAE, giving special focus on Sharjah Emirate, where HLB could step in and gradually develop as one of the leading audit and consultancy firms in a period of 5 years.

Jay Krishnan is in charge of business consultancy division of HLB HAMT, which comprise of company formation, license amendments, ownership re-structuring, entry strategy advise, liquidation etc. Under his leadership, approximately 700 companies were established in UAE.

Jay Krishnan also heads the department of Indirect Taxation, which primarily covers VAT in UAE. He has provided expert guidance to approximately 300 plus clients on various VAT related issues.
